1.General
Delivery Charges
* Federal Office Zone offers fast, free delivery on most orders over $50 within our trade area. See details below.
Expected Delivery Times
* Expected delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 5 p.m. local time, pending credit approval and product availability.
* Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. local time Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
* Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residential deliveries via UPS are made until 7 p.m.
Delivery Policies
* Items may arrive in more than one shipment and charges may show as multiple transactions on your credit card statement.
* Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, first floor for residential dwellings and to the appropriate floor of commercial buildings with elevators. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply.
* If you are unable to accept your delivery in person, you can complete a Delivery Release Form, leave it where a driver can collect it, and your order will be left at your door.
2.Continental U.S.
Free Delivery On Most Orders Over $50
* Delivery is free for orders within our trade area (within 20 miles of an Federal Office Zone store) totaling more than $50.
* Orders less than $50 will incur a $7.95 delivery fee.
* A delivery fee will be added to some items as noted on the product information page.
* Outside our local trade areas, a Delivery Area Surcharge may be applied to those items requiring non-standard delivery methods. This includes large items such as furniture. You will be contacted if these fees apply to your order.
All Orders

Expected Delivery Times
* Stocked items are usually delivered the next business day within trade areas. For deliveries outside the local trade area, additional time will be calculated and noted.
* Products shipped via third party providers require longer delivery lead times.
3.Off-shore (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
Yes, we deliver to off-shore addresses.

* A delivery area surcharge of 15% will be added to each item on all off-shore deliveries.
* Orders under $50 will also incur an additional $7.95 delivery fee.
Expected Delivery Times
* Stocked Items are delivered within five days
* Products shipped via third party providers have limited availability off-shore
4.APO & FPO
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Charges
* A delivery area surcharge of 6% will be added to each item on all APO/FPO deliveries.
* Orders under $50 will also incur an additional $7.95 delivery fee.
Expected Delivery Times
* Delivery time by US Mail to APO/FPO addresses varies and is beyond our control.
* Products shipped via third party providers are not available.
* Large items, such as furniture, which cannot be shipped by US Mail are not available. |
